How to use:

Step 1: Connect the data cable to your computer's USB port. The device icon should appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click the DVD drive button and the tray will open.
Step 3: Insert the DVD and press it until it is firmly seated in the tray. Then, push it in.
Step 4: Wait for the data to be read. "My Computer" will display the DVD-RW drive. Click to open it.
Note: During operation, the indicator light will turn on occasionally, but not always.

Note:

The internal laser can be harmful to the eyes and face. Don't turn it on.
Do not place the machine outside the press, in an easily accessible location, to ensure proper operation.
If using an external CD-ROM drive, connect the laptop's external power supply.
Before using an external CD/DVD drive, make sure your computer has a media player.
If the external CD/DVD drive boots slowly, wait 5 to 10 seconds.
It is a CD/DVD burner, not a Blu-ray drive, so it cannot play Blu-ray discs.
To save power, the indicator light will not be constantly lit during operation, but will briefly flash on and off.
